Program Structure: 4 monthly coaching sessions

In addition to weekly sports psychology sessions, the program includes special training sessions in different specialties:
Conscious Eating for Enhanced Performance and Recovery
Mindfulness & Yoga Practices
Post-Competition Recovery Techniques
Program Structure: 4 monthly psychology sessions + 2 extra sessions with specialists in Sports Nutrition, Mindfulness, and Yoga.

High-Performance Program. This program provides two weekly sessions with our multidisciplinary team of a sports psychologist, nutritionist, and yoga/mindfulness specialists. Sessions cover:
All areas of mental training (as included in the Mental Core plan)
Opponent analysis and game adaptation
Tactics, strategy, and decision-making
Match analysis and dedicated support on competition days
A personalized sports nutrition plan
Program Structure: Total of 8 monthly sessions led by our expert team.
